How much is shipping?
Standard shipping costs €5.90 and is free over €79. Express costs €12.90 with 24/48h delivery. Digital products have no shipping costs.
When do I receive digital products?
Right after payment confirmation: download links appear on the order page and in your account, and you also receive them by email.
Can I return a product?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery for physical products, in original condition. For digital content the right of withdrawal ends at the first download, as provided by the Italian Consumer Code.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payment data is handled by certified networks and never reaches our servers.
How do I track my shipment?
As soon as the order ships you receive the tracking code by email and find it on the order page.
Do I need an account to buy?
No. An account is optional, but it lets you find orders, downloads and addresses in one place.
How do gift cards work?
You receive the code by email within minutes after payment; it is also shown on the order page. Redeem it on the stated platform.
